1. Information we receive
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected subject and message. We also receive information you choose to include in your message. Our security provider may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser signals, to protect the form from abuse.
2. Why we use it
We use inquiry information to receive, assess and respond to your message, and to maintain the security of the contact form. We do not use the site for analytics or advertising tracking.
3. Service providers
Cloudflare supports website hosting and provides Turnstile spam protection for the contact form. Resend delivers inquiry emails. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services, including across borders, subject to applicable safeguards and their own terms.
4. How long we keep information
We retain inquiry information for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, then delete it. If a legal obligation requires longer retention, we keep only the information necessary for that obligation and delete it when the requirement ends. Contact submissions are not stored in a website database.
5. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or seek restriction of certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To make a request, email contact@bissan.tech. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
6. Separate product policies
Products operated by Bissan, including Apply Right, have their own privacy policies on their own domains. This policy covers bissan.tech and its contact form; please consult the relevant product policy when using a product.
